Another busy week as we approach the end of the school year. We are in the home stretch! Here are some highlights from our week:

Highlights

  • OAC/TIF/Straight A Superintendents Webinar – The Superintendents Webinar on Monday, May 12 focused on Straight A updates, the TIF SLO/Assessment Literacy Collaboration Space, professional practice badges, updates to the OAC Collaboration Space, the OAC Principals Collaborative, and Connect for Success. Thanks for joining us! If you missed the webinar, check your email for a link to the recording.

  • OAC Twitter Chats – This week's #OACteach chat focused on the benefits of personalized learning and this awesome infographic shared by LearnDash. Big thanks to all participants and our host Alea Barker (@AleaBarker). You can view archives of #OACteach chats on the Collaboration Space here. Don't forget to join us Wednesdays at 8 p.m. Have something you'd like to discuss during a future chat? Please share in the comments below or on Twitter using the hashtag #OACteach.

  • OAC Website and Collaboration Space Enhancements – We're excited to announce more enhancements to the OAC Website and Collaboration Space, including:

    - A new Our Initiatives section of the OAC website including information about the Personalized Learning Network and our Straight A Grant work. This information is available to the public. We encourage you to share with your districts and communities.

    - Collaboration Space orientation video that highlights the features and functionalities of the space. This is a great video to share in your districts to introduce folks to the Collaboration Space. Watch the video here. You must be logged in to view (using your Ohio Portal username and password).

    - Search functionality within the Discussion Forums, allowing you to search all discussion threads by topic/keyword. With the growing number of discussions, this will allow you to quickly find what you are looking for.

    - Separate discussion forums for the Straight A Grant and Professional Development Coordinators (PDCs). If you are a PDC, please introduce yourself here

    - Links to the Red Booth management tool for Straight A and the TIF SLO/Assessment Literacy Collaboration Space.

If you have questions about the website or Collaboration Space, please contact Julie Vujevich.
