By leveraging federal funding from the The Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) program, we are focusing on educator effectiveness. A key element of this work involves a strategic compensation system, currently being designed and developed.
This will be our framework for encouraging and rewarding educator effectiveness. We are tackling the challenges associated with recruitment and retention of highly effective educators--particularly in high-needs schools and subject areas.
