ASPIRE•Learn

ASPIRE•Learn provides HISD staff members with a comprehensive online learning experience—available any time, any pace, any place. ASPIRE•Learn offers online courses and tutorials, personalized learning paths, ePortfolios to save data inquiries, culminating projects, and more.

HISD educators can subscribe to an online suite of value-added, assessment and highly effective teacher courses. Or, they can enroll in an ASPIRE Learning Path, which provides a suggested course of study to guide personalized learning. In addition to the courses, the following opportunities are also available:

Note:
HISD has developed a recognition program to acknowledge the individuals and campuses that earn value-added credentials for completing these learning paths. These professional-development opportunities are not required to receive an ASPIRE Award.

This optional online course provides employees with an overview of the 2009–2010 ASPIRE Awards, which will be distributed in January 2011. Enroll
