HISD continually expects and achieves excellence. Since the district launched ASPIRE, we have experienced outstanding results and are building upon this success on our students' behalf.

• Producing videos of high-progress campuses and high-achievement campuses featuring the key factors leading to success. These resources are being shared district wide to help others replicate these practices.
• Exploring and sharing the practices of our highly effective teachers as determined by their success in accelerating student progress
• Awarding millions of dollars in differentiated compensation through the ASPIRE Award Program distributed among HISD's staff members and campuses for successfully raising student progress.
• Developing new career-path models for staff built around ASPIRE Awards.
• Honoring employees’ excellent work through HISD publications, credentialing programs, and other opportunities for growth.
